Young Composers Online Bootcamp for Ages 10-14

The Young Composers Online Bootcamp is an intensive 2-week course for aspiring young composers ages 10-14. Hosted via Zoom in August, the camp caters to young composers interested in developing their music notation and music theory skills in the extended “classical” tradition of today.

Our summer bootcamp offers young contemporaries a space to meet and collaborate online alongside like-minded individuals their age from across the nation who are also aspiring composers.

Class meets daily Monday-Friday have musical and intellectual discussion about creation and process, learn about the profession of being a composer today, and develop their digital notation skills with software and music theory literacy.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
